Facing errors while creating Multipath-Raid using mdadm

Unique identifiers such as WWN, WWID or serial numbers changes when disk is transported to the client side.
I am using NVMe/TCP connection for disk sharing. I want to keep the unique identifiers of the disk same or set it by myself on client side. 
1) How can I achieve it?
2) How can I set unique identifiers same - of the 2 logical disks on a server (which are actually same physical disk came via two different paths )
